Once the materials for you new sails or covers are delivered to us production can start
The designs from our programs are now plotted with our in house plotter from there the craftsmanship starts to build a reliable long lasting and superb performing sail or cover
The panels for the sail are placed with precision and then seamed using one of our two High performing Cordes Mini Maxi sewing machines
These machines are a sight to behold and made big job so much easier to do , in fact no job is too big for these machines
After seaming the sails are checked for shape and size before the patch reinforcing is placed and sewn
From here the details that are so important to making a good sail are done ensuring that chafe etc is not going to affect the sail through its life
